Re: RZV Swingrm Pivot Bolt

Also thought i would confuse things with the shock pivot bolt that's also hard to deal with right after you figure the swingarm bolt problem ou...

Re: RZV Swingrm Pivot Bolt
hi,
The longer RZ axle is also machined larger and stepped down inside just before the thread starts.
If you use the RZ and cut it down and rethread it you will be using thinner material, Japan has lots of RZV axles.
Good luck

Re: modified or custom 2 stroke oil tanks
Hi,
I'm using premix now with the usd conversion. I have a brand new RGVSteve oiltank ( same as in your photo ) but had some interference problems.
PM me if you like, its still a sandy spring here so i'll be in the forum reading about riding until i can get out.
Happy trails

Thanks Johnny C !!! This seat is indeed very well crafted. The weight of fiber is just right to keep it rigid and tough while still keeping it racing light. Shinny smooth finish, and in my color too ( white ) ! Shipping to Canada took like 2 days ( faster than a RZ500 could do it !! that fast ) I th...

I'm also installing a new 47X harness and have found that the connector for the left hand turn\headlight and horn switch harness connector is wired entirely opposite to the original. A very small sized screwdriver poked under the connector in the plastic housing will release the connector so it can ...

Can't they just give Ducati .5 per lap just for looking so good ? It would have been fun to see if Ducati could understand the carbon fiber frame flexing/feeling to brain mechanism rather than just switch back or hopefully not try to use the Twin spar Al Frame that the Japanese bikes have been using...

Hi Vin, I wouldn't want to be the one to tell you to go ahead without checking the advance curve first. You never know what's in it's memory without looking. I started mine with handheld and min. advance, and cautiously increased the advance. There's all sorts of curve numbers to play with at Zeeltr...
