I was installing the front cowling and it went on but when I try to attached the side panels I was like Mike about one inch from the air filter attach. I then removed the two rubber grommet (about 25 mm thick)from the top front cowling bracket,and now I can mount the side panel to the air filter it ...

That is close to what I received, but I agreed for every day used not bad at that price. Mike did you get the belly pan with the RZV 500 R sticker or the RZ 500 one.

Bill & Michael, Thanks for the Infos, the seals are properly installed,so I will need to investigate further and took some measurement. I did noticed that the seals are pretty loose in some of the bushings Michael if I order new bushing I will send you the measurements. Thanks I really appreciat...

Hi, Just finish rebuilding engine, while doing the leak down test the power valves are leaking badly even with new OEM seals and O rings, ( should have check more carefully) so two things the brass sleeves are bad or could it be the power valves themselves ? Hi,
Just got front and rear Pistons .50 from Mikata (RZ500), it did not have the ring expander for the second ring. The rings are mark has TZR 125 looking at the parts books for that model it does not show a ring expander.
So no expander will that be a problem?

Exactly what I was looking for. Has I suspected I am missing the piece that engage the lock mechanism..

Hi,
Would anybody have the schematic or pictures of parts inside the ignition switch,specially the mechanism that activate the steering lock, mine was taking apart before and it seems to be missing some parts.
