Thanks Rob that is excellent news. It looks as though in most dimensions the front RZ500 pistons will suit the YDS-5.<p>I just re-did the measurement for the length and guess what, it should have been 63mm. Putting the piston upside down on the desk top and using the depth gauge on the veniers, the piston length is 66mm.<p>I didn't know that YZ's were 56x50. I thought they were 54x54. I know that some of the Suzuki RM's (and TS125) have 56x50 but I don't know their other. dimensions.<p>(I'm pretty sure the squish band refers to the width of band around the head between the outside edge and where it changes to a greater angle in towards the plug.)<p>Thanks again.
