first gear set & longer output shaft

#1 Post by geosot » Wed Nov 21, 2012 11:49 pm

A taller first gear set for the wet clutch and a longer output shaft will be available by the end of November/1st week of December.

The 1st gear set is:
1. an input shaft for the wet clutch and
2. an output 1st gear.

This kit closes the gap between the original 1st and 2nd and allows smoother upshifting and downshifting. Output 1st runs on needle roller bearings instead of the OEM bronze bushing (bearing is included in the kit).

Price is 375 E plus P/P (35 E for Europe, 40 E for AU/NZ/US/CA)

The output shaft has:

1. extra 15 mm at the sprocket side (15 mm longer splines) and allows the use of a rear tire up to 6.25" without an offset sprocket,
2. longer threads for the sprocket nut and
3. a M6 blind internal thread for a speedo sensor on the output shaft, if you wish to use a modern gauge set)

Price is 225 E plus P/P (30 E for Europe, 35 E for AU/NZ/US/CA)

For race use a complete transmission kit is available to order.
