Few pics of RZ from past weekend

#1 Post by pstamper » Tue Nov 25, 2014 8:21 pm

Nice fall ride to Yankees, the local Harley hangout in Carlos, Texas. Bike did OK except for PV controller acting up still. Erratic stutter and occasional loss of power. She made it the 200 miles OK. Rode with a group called Texas Sport Bike Riders. A group of them is going to Texas World Speedway for last track day of the season this weekend. Should be mid 70s and mostly sunny. Also heard a lot more track days at COTA next year. I need to be younger, it is not fair. Will be nice to have more people to know at the tracks for better videos. Hope I am not in a Thanksgiving food coma. Camera colors did not come out right.

The Sport bike group. The RZ at the end and I am the old bald guy mid left.

Nice bike! You caught a falling leaf in the second pic. I wish we weren't already in the throes of winter

That was not planned. Hate to say, it was almost 80 late in afternoon. Track day Sunday is to be mid 70s. I am getting my knee down again since accident. Hope I get it on camera or video. A bunch of people are going so hope we can share camera time with each other.

Will look at mirrors. Rick Lance installed them. Stil grinding on the adapters due to rubbing on fairing. The pipe we have figured are old tommy crawford. The silencers always clean up nice and really set the bike off.

You're right - those pipes really do look good on the RZ.
