Really amazing!

What rolling is that? TZR 250 one? What about front braking? Does bigger discs would be better, doesn't them?

The frame is a TZ250 and majority of the bike is factory Yamaha race parts even the braking system. Bigger brakes are not always better and the bike weight is 270 Lbs and does not take a lot to slow it down. Bigger rotors add to unsprung weight and rotational mass which makes the bike harder to flick into corners.

Steve,
your bike is just perfect, I cant spot any single detail which could be improved. I love the pipes the most. What kind of cylinder heads are these - custom made or just painted? 270lbs sound impossible, I am trying to achieve below 150kg with my Costin bike which is hard enough.
More pictures!

There is many changes I want to do to the bike. They are stock heads on the outside and painted them red as I saw that on a Aprilia. It can be lighter if I replace the three axle bolts with Ti and drill out all the Ti bolts that are on the bike. Even swaping out the springs to Ti units will drop the weight a lot. But the thing is it take a lot of money to reduce the weight and I think it is easier for me to reduce my own weight.
