I moved the freezer and took some pics under the Yamaha sign in my garage.
The local Yamaha dealership changed their signage a few years back so one ended up in my garage!!!
I hope this link will work.

Hey, i've got a yz125 like that in my garage that someone gave me, although not quite in that good of shape .... I can't really bare to throw it away, but don't have the money or gumption to restore it! I was always a KX rider myself, but it would be cool to save another piece of motocross history no matter what brand.
Old MX bikes
These old things take me back to MX meetings when I was a kid and they don't make them any more.
Worth keeping I think and they are only going up in value (thats what I tell my wife anyway).
My YZ400C was an odd model with 2 stage air forks that weren't well accepted by racers then Yamaha dropped the idea the next year. Not many survive in one piece still, my one has only about 7 hrs on it and should be an easy rebuild (I hope) and it still runs like a new bike.

Top of the fairing
Hi does anybody know if the master cylinder for the front brake is original?
It looks more like and R1 or R6 item and the top of the fairing has been resprayed and the red ears fitted perhaps?? any input/insights would be much appreciated.
Cheers George
(Sorry if my spelling sucks I should have paid more attention in Engrish)

Thanks for the info!!
Master cylinder close up. I must say that the front brakes have a great feel and work really well. I have read that they can be a little soft with the anti dive set up but these work really well.
