RZ500S 1VW Canada 1986
Only 150 RZ500S were made in November 1985 as a 1986 model for the Canadian market only.
The engine was built with some engine modifications listed below.
Here is the link to the parts list for this model.

If you look at B5 and B6 you will see that the upper crank has a added flywheel fitted and a different balance shaft which was run off the upper crank. Also look at C9 as it shows the different cover needed to fit the extra flywheel in,and because of the different cover the autolube pipes run outside instead of thru the cover.I have checked all the 1vw part numbers needed to do these modifications and the only one still available is 1vu1541400 which is part of the cover. Here is the only photo we have so far from one of these engine taken by Bill Wilson.
This is the standard upper crank
And here is the modification to the upper crank to fit the extra flywheel.

Notice the aluminum seal adapter in the S engine photo. This allowed Bill to use a front crank stator side seal in place of the original NLA one piece seal. Nice work there Bill.
One could duplicate the S model rear crank by using a 47x front crank snout and machining it. I was really wanting to do this at one point but lack of dimensions of the snout and flywheel kept me from the goal. Bill, you didn't happen to measure any important features, did you?

After a bit of searching i have found a photo of this very rare extra rear crank flywheel.
You can read more about these cranks here.

Well... My theory is that the rear flywheel, and the fact that the balance shaft is driven from the rear crank, is trying to equalize the inertial energy of the two cranks. The front crank has the stator flywheel and the rear crank has the smaller flywheel plus the balance shaft. It should reduce the lash bounce on the drive gears when the engine is free spinning.

Just been looking back over the archived post and came across this post.

I have 2 RZs both built in 11/84 one has an extra flywheel on the upper crank(4714) the other does not(4929). Oh, and the engine and frame #s match.
Anyone care to explain..............?
