Here's my new bike to go with the RD5. I probably should have wited till I was finished building my RD but I'm afraid there wont be any available if I wait that long!!

Its been converted to 500 and tuned by Shepherd Tuning.

It over heats and boils the water off. I'll check that there's not a headgasket gone then I'll try and check the water pump. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

Very nice :D

What kind of chambers are those?

I'll be interested to hear how it compares to your RD.

hi nick
i believe the pipes were made by shepherd tuning;

http://www.terryshepherdtuning.com/

My rd5 was a mess when i bought it so i barely rode it before stripping it down. i got the ns so i could drive it for the year and get my 2 stroke fix cause i cant wait till my rd is ready! it feels great except for the overheating.

I suppose i should try and get an rg now to complete the set.
