It's not that simple really. I'm not saying it's your ISP. As your traceroute shows, your packets can go through many networks to get to their destination. There could be an issue in any one of those "hops".If it is my ISP, why is it only RZRD500.com that is affected?
There are route instructions all over the internet that tell your packets where to go next to reach it's particular destination.
When I had issues last week, the traceroutes didn't show anything obvious, but it's always the easiest place to go.
To muddy the waters even further, some networks play around with packet priority (Quality of Service) so that packets with certain properties get higher priority than normal packets. So for instance, traceroute packets could have higher priority so they never fail, yet website traffic could be lower in the food chain. That's why it's not always easy to find where the issue lies.
Having said that, this website doesn't do anything different no matter who is connecting, so there is no reason why this web server should give you a lesser service than anyone else.
I'd be interested to see the page load time you see at the bottom of the screen though, as this will tell us if there's some weird issue in the database that your username triggers. It's a really really long shot though to be honest.
