Laps with tank view Track was starting to dry so slowed down and searched for water. Note to self, do not go thru a deep puddle at 70 MPH!!!

What a difference in track quality from COTA. To many bumps, irregular surfaces, and different surfaces. Nice thing again with rain is less traffic and the riders that come out seem better and more consistent on lines.

It is cold and raining there. The rear rain was rather abused when the rain stopped. Still plenty of tread but the sipes are angled on leading edge. Front is fine still. Took it easy on acceleration especially with no one on the track. The guy that passed me was an instructor that was dragging his foot. He was pointing out the X on the track for turn in to the carousel.

Looking at the wets I can see how they inspire as much confidence as they do.

They are really as soft as chewing gum. I ran 30 PSI in both but took it easy on accelerating when track was wet but not raining. The sipes really get a bevel on the trailing edge. Was nice to ride L3 and have no one pass me.

Thanks for looking. Always fun at the track. Nice to let the bike stretch it's legs. Few tweaks before COTA event next month. Prefer dry but have the rains so takes about 30 minutes to swap tires with help.
