Thanks hope all is well. Are you the butt head that got my wheels? Those sure would of looked good on my bike and handling and stopping would have went up a notch or two.

Yes it is a shoulder vent. Should have been pace maker. Max heart rate was 164. Average was 138. The turn with my right knee down was total poser picture. Photographer was in that corner and I gave him a thumbs up for the lap coming up. He got really close to track for some shots. Bike did well. Doing COTA with BMW group in October. Week after F1 race.

Thanks. I am happy did not do the Kenny Roberts scheme. Wish I had the blue light weight wheels that were on sale a while back.

I'm pretty sure "your" blue wheels are on some butt-heads custom RZ500. :smt006

I wonder who that might be. :smt021 You should have taken the extra money and flipped them. By the way, and rub it in. I know you do not run it at the track but do you feel a difference on braking and turning. I am sur it accelerates a little better also. I have read an article by Dave Moss when he changed to the lighter wheels for track use it was difficult to set the bike up after using heavy wheels like the R6 ones.

Thank. The engine is stock which Rick Lance Built several years ago. I have the modified carbs on it with Ivans needles. I have learned I do not need to rev the crap out of it to make it go. Smooth is fast but that track is really bumpy. The curbing is so high if you are leaned over to close you can catch hard parts such as axles. Pegs. Or body work.

Thanks Paul. Still working on head and elbow position. Also going back and forth on spring selection in the forks. had 85 and went to 90 but not using all of the front end. Might not be breaking as hard as I think. Have another event at COTA August 19 and 20th. Also signed up for BMW Double R festival in October. That is the week after Formula One.
