Sprockets – What to do? R6 Swing Arm Conversion - Pics

Hello Fellow RZ00 Crazy Types!
More work with my recovering buddy and his RZ500 restomod. Please forgive my lack of knowledge and the fact that my buddies memory is in recovery. (Stroke). I have looked through invoices etc
We have a 2006/2007 YZF R6R rear swing arm cleverly converted to fit the RZ500. Its pretty cool.. but perhaps is adding more complication to what is a complicated bike to begin with. I have yet to figure out who did the modification. But I imagine it was done in the U.S. seeing as we are in Canada.
The bike also has an RZV aluminum frame but from my understanding this keeps the majority of the RZ500 dimensions.
With the swing arm and R6 wheel I estimate the rear sprocket carrier moves outward from the stock location and that the front sprocket must adapt to meet this modification.
With the parts we have found here we are not sure what has to be done. There is a matching “Suncor?” front and rear aluminum sprocket. But there is not enough drive axle to get the factory lock washer to bite on the spline and not enough thread to bolt the factory sprocket nut up.
Can someone please provide reference? The webs does not seem to provide a definitive how to guide.
I know I'm missing a bit of info I will try to add more details.
Thank you,
Tony
