Time here in Sweden right now is 22:48 and the temperature is around 5 degrees below zero.

How's things in Houston ?

Checked around a little on the net.
Found Zeeltronic homepage but no prices what I could see.

Hate to say after you stated that. Makes the screws in my pelvis hurt. But a sunny 70 when I was out on bicycle. First ride actual street ride since accident. All well though. Stay warm.

70 you say.....that's around 21 C if I done my math right.

Sounds real nice and I hope it helps your pelvis to heal faster.

Pelvis is healed, now endurance, strength, and cardio. Unbelievable what 9 month of abnormally lazy routine has done to me. Have indoor pool at the YMCA to go to when a little warmer in the mornings. Let is know what current Zeeltronic prices are. Heard nothing but good out of product and the owner is real helpful. I think his name is Borut. I like the two ignition maps. Use it like a pas sing button

Have no clue how to setup one or wich model to choose.
For now I will try my org box but if it not working properly I have to check
my bankaccount to see what I can spend.
Have tought of buy some Mikuni 28 flatsides also....
Already spent some on the new svingarm.

But money spent on the RD is allways Worth it ;-)

I think people have too many problems with carbs. People I have talked to said the Zeeltronic was the best investment for performance gains. My bike with the ears is a better midrange bike than the one with a less restrictive filter.

The org carbs are a pain to work with.
Evert strart of the season they go on and off for a couple of times.
Have pods on the ears and after the first on/off they use to not cause
any problem. Only thing is that my carbs is a bit hard to sync.
If I get new carbs I hope they are easier to work with and is easier to sync.
And of course give a better midrange, the topendperformence is only a bonus.
The bike runs really good as is, wonder how it should run with both Zeel and flatsides ?

If you want better midrange, I believe a YPVS-box from a TZR might help.
The TZR250 (1KT/2XW) box opens a bit later, 7500rpm instead of 6500rpm.
According to Martin Kieltsch´s excellent book, this gives is a very noticeable boost in midrange.

This is ofcourse only interesting if you manage to find a cheap TZR-box, otherwise you might as well go for a Zeeltronic and adjust away as much as you like. :)

Or send your YPVS unit to Twostrokeracelabs in greece and have it modified so you can play with your own settings.

My information shows the 1KT (2MA) with these numbers 1KT/2MA 5850-10050. The data sheet that Nick from 2 Stroke Race Labs send with modified controllers has the same information. The 3MA is 6800-7900.

The issue you see there is common on many units though not relevant to a non working YPVS controller.
Most of the time it's a cold joint and/or some power switching parts.
