Zeetronic problem, what is wrong ?

Hello Guy

someone have installed a complete zeeltronic components ?
78mm rotor, two pick up
pdci-44v unit and rectifier ?

try to follw al manual instruction but bikes don't start
thinking to be wide out of correct timing

some adivce ?

i had a similar problem and was a diode inside the zeeltronic. borut resolve the prolem and now works fine

my system was not a compete one was a PCDI24V

suggest to advance static angle and make a new test

which static angle did you set? He recommends 35 - 40 deg ideally.
I have same setup then you but not ready to start.
You can generate test spark with this unit as far as I remember, did you get any sparks?

spark test is good

now i have to try two more options

first one, moe pick up to have more static angle (now i'm on 35°, but not sure that pick up work at beginning of mark ora half or at the end)

second, try to reduce gap between pick up and mark on flywheel

Pickup triggers ca. 1 mm after the magnet has passed the beginning (leading edge) of the pickup sensor. The gap should be below 1 mm ideally.

someone suggest me to reduce gap between pick up and mark
now is 0.5mm,

Reduced gap pick/up - rotor

set cdi with more advance (don't understand why ?????)

but at last bike is running :grin:
