Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement coil...i read a Suzuki bandit coil is the best option.

No.
Best coil is RZ350 YPVS 1986 and newer. Identical to RZ500 other than length of wire.

Plenty of 350 guys running them with no issues. Hotter spark so perfect for highly tuned motors.

Like Colin, I prefer the stock coils as they are well known to be problem free. Same coil on the 86+ 350, the 500, TZR, TDR, and others.

I should have a spare stock coil here. If the OP is interested he can PM me.

I figured some data, of the coils:

The STOCK RD/RZ500 coil :
RD500_coil.png
RD500_coil.png (35.01 KiB) Viewed 3317 times
A RD350F2 coil;
RD350F2_coil.PNG
RD350F2_coil.PNG (88.9 KiB) Viewed 3317 times

The resistance values of those differ so much....i doubt that will work proparly ?

2 things to consider. First, you've quoted F1 coil values, not F2 coil values.

F2 coil is primary .33 ohms +/- 15 %
Secondary is 5.9k ohms +/- 15 %

Secondly,

.67 -20% = .53 ohms and .33 + 15% =.38 ohms, so not so far apart.

12k ohms - 20% = 9.6k ohms and 5.9k ohms + 15 %= 6.8k ohms, so not so far apart

Regardless of those numbers I'm certain there is really no difference in the coils. One says 1UA on the tag and the other says 47X on the tag. That's if they have tags. Most don't and are used interchangeably on purpose and by accident with no ill effects.

That is expensive. A used one would be just fine and a lot cheaper.
