Installed a radar detector...

Ok installed a radar detector but the wiring loom is massive.
The unit goes on all my bike and my car, each bike has a individual mount and wiring loom.
Each bike has a bright LED light above the dash and a blue tooth signal to a speaker in my helmet.
You can see the LED light above the neutral, turn light on the right.

I have it installed just fine on my other bikes, but the RZ is not just an other bike, NO it is a Lego set for experts. Not a spare millimetre any ware for anything.

So its installed on the RZ but the left over wiring loom has to go some where and the only place I can find is next to the battery above the throttle cable and guess what there is?... exhaust. Common sense tells me it will turn in to a melted mess.

I am worried/ know that the heat will root the insulation tape, can you get heat proof tape?

Here is the wiring lump left... I have put it on top of the the throttle dhit and next to the battery shit and all is god, BUT heat is my concern.
Any ideas?

With the unit removed, great kit. Does cameras, laser and radar. It is also water proof for my naked bikes which don't have a faring.

So what can I use to stop the melted mess/

This is what I need to hide.
