hi
i ve only tested it on a small TZR , not on the RD yet , the bike runs smoother with it .
the overall look from the boxes is fine ,they come without connectors and all need 12v supply .
You can program the two cylinder-banks seperatly by using 2 CVDI modules 10 possible curves .
and no it s not an easy fix .
regards M.

No, I was contacting him via info@zeeltronic.com so I doubt that is working any more either.
Edit:
[quote="Borut"]
Its not my fault and I'm really mad now - they forgot to renew my domain and they say will sort things out as soon as possible. You can get me on my old email address: zemljic_b@volja.net
My site is still active at http://209.51.153.26/~zeeltron/
Don't worry, I wont disappear just like that

I bought CDI, VCDI and PVC for my RD500 project from Borut. Installation was easy. I noticed that the power-up testcycle from the Powervalves is different to the stock system:
in original setup, powervalves cycle open-close-open. With Boruts PVC, it is close-open-close.
Did anybody notice that, is this correct or did I make a mistake in my wiring?
Only drawback of that programmable units is that you dont get spark when battery is empty.
I think these systems from Borut (Zeeltronic) are probabaly the best value for money you can get when it comes to tuning 2-strokes. He is a very nice guy also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Another one...
http://www.eindiancompanies.com/cdi/digital/index.htm
Not a bolt on (maybe), but has the extra advantage of boosting the electrical system.
Now if there were an easy way to see if the stator plate and flywheel
where anywhere near the right size, this might be another good
choice....

static angle
I am currently in the middle of configuring Borut
For me, if you want a safe advance it`s better put the rear cyl. for reference. I`m planning pick borut CDI for double pickup config. I think that it`s the solution for avoid some vibrations.
Somebody in the forum say that if you remove plugs caps of the front cyl. you ride and notice that if do the opposite (remove rears cyl. plugs caps) the bike run better with the rear.
At momment I have no much experience with the timming, but a solution is talk with borut for a standard ignition timing and the custom timing that sure Martin Kielsch studied.
I See your proyects and... yours bikes looks awesome! I can`t wait to see it finished.
