On much of the titanium hardware, I'll he using be using Loctite Blue as an antiseize compound. Loctite makes antiseize compounds, but Blue will seal against air and moisture, preventing galvanic corrosion as well as locking the threads.

I think this is more for protection against corrosion from the outside.
Galvanic corrosion is an electrical phenomenom that occurs for example between titanium bolts and calipers by welding the two parts together.
Can be a little annoying...
