Re: RZ500 Street Fighter
Hi All, has been a while still having a few fuel issues.
I cut the centre of the original filter so I could use two separate lines and two fuel taps.
Worked ok, was looking for another way to make it a bit better found out that you can use
a fuel tank tap off a tzr3ma screws on had to do a couple of mods works great.
So far so good, been doing a few other mods billet triple clamps
Post a few more pics later.
Cheers Ron

Re: RZ500 Street Fighter
Hi all changed the rear cowling for one of vin's, still playing with it. I ended up using a billet sprocket carrier. Thanks Rick, couple more pics.
I also did the tsi mods on the reed valves.
Cheers Ron.

Re: RZ500 Street Fighter
Hi Mikkell, trying to do something a bit different always takes time. Had a few engine issues (rear cylinders) hopefully all sorted now. Had this oil tank made up save pre mixing, just sent the tank off to get a different filler welded in, still working out a paint scheme. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be back on the road.
Hi Jim that's ok glad I can help out.
Cheers Ron.

Re: RZ500 Street Fighter
Hi all picked up the paint work, something a bit different.
A few more things to tidy up, then go for a ride.

Re: RZ500 Street Fighter
Hi, has been a while doing some motor upgrades, had Bill Wilson do a phase 3 tune on the motor.
Fantastic work, all together now doing a few heat cycles. Leak down test all good. Mikuni flat slide carbs pain to fit.

Re: RZ500 Street Fighter
Great work. The bike looks amazing.
Can you provide more details for your oil tank? Looks to be a perfect solution.
Watching this with interest as I have been planning a naked 500 as my next project.

Hi looks like the photobucket virus has hit me as well. Latest update on the engine mods
had it on the dyno for a second time made 110 hp to the rear wheel, very happy with it.
Big thankyou to Bill Wilson for his superb engine work and to Borut (zeeltronic) for sending me in the right direction after deleting all the programs. Hopefully we'll find an east way to post
pictures again.
Cheers Ron.

Hi 35mm TMX flat slides, fair bit of work making these fit. I had Bill Wilson make the billet junction
