That is really sharp. Did you weld additional tubing onto the frame? I was told the RZV frame is a bit flexible. If there is additional metal installed was the reason looks or strength? Again a beautiful piece of work.

That's a very nice copy !
To my eyes, this is the best looking mod for a 500RD with std frame. I love it.

Vin, where do you get the front fairing from ?

Excellent work Vin. You'll have to take a photo of both bikes side by side.

Thanks mate, I didn't do the modification's to the frame but yes I guess that the extra work was to strengthen and make it more rigid?
