Non-Galfer Stainless line for rear?

#1 Post by hailwood1965 » Sun Jan 23, 2022 9:20 pm

Has anyone sourced a stainless rear line for the RZ500 from any other company than GALFER? I'd like to avoid them if possible as their customer service is a complete shit show.

I guess I only used a Galfer line once, but it happened to be for the rear on my RZ500. It was a quality part that fit perfectly and
I thought the swiveling end fittings (allowing them to be clocked) was a really nice touch. Never had to deal with their customer service though so I can't comment on that.

I use venhill on all my bikes. Great lines. 9 bikes in the garage with them on them and no problems.

Another Venhill addict here. You can get crazy with colors and there is an assortment of fittings to select from. I have only ever used the smoke or charcoal color. Hope you like them.

I’ve been using Euroquip hose and fittings for years on cars & bikes.

I just order a length of braided hose and the fittings & olives. Very easy to then make your own. Normally get everything from Rally Design.
