New owner of 86 RG500 Gamma, needs, questions

Hello all - I recently bought this - seems to be a fairly active forum - hope so - Facebook reducing forum activity is a real drag....

Anyway i have a few other water cooled 2 strokes and love em, do as much of my own work as possible....

Looking for:
1) Already cut rear fender
2) Tail section plastic OE of aftermkt (but plastic aftermkt) - needing paint OK
3) same as 2) for 3 pc lower fairings
4) JL or other side by side expansion chambers
5) Lance or Dent air filters

Questions:
1) I see in many places that the advertised 95 hp at crank is not true - can someone verify this - my stock, fairly good running bike feels like 80-85 at crank, 70-75 at rear wheel
2) Assuming above is true, since I have an RZ350 with Toomeys etc making about 65 at crank, I want an RG making 95 or a little more at crank...
a) Can I get there with just filters and jets or;
b) good expansion chambers and jets or;
c) do I need expansions chambers filters and jets or more?

I have Sugaya pipes on my Walter Wolf and also on my future VJ22 with a RG500. The Sugaya pipes can be a problem getting them since is a Japanese company

So did they add HP and what jets do you use?

Where r u I am in US…do u have a cut rear fender by chance u would sell?

I'm in California. Their is a slight improvement in the mid range. I went up one or two in the main jets. Whats with the cut rear fender? I install 1994 GSXR750 forks with that done and a 1994 GSXR750 swingarm. I had to graft half of a VJ22 and RG500 bird cage to clear the forks. I used VJ22 front cowl and VJ22 side panels. The rear panels are from Rick Lance one fiberglass piece.

I just want a cut rear fender so I don’t have to cut mine….I hate the look of rear fender going straight down form otherwise nice shaped tails….

Im in michigan USA....I have my rear fender taken care of....now trying to get a tail section I am happy with...got any extra tails like a used airtech RG5007 or ane ctra one piece LANCE gAMMA?

I will be in SoCal Jan and Feb...Laguna Beach...taking 2 or 3 bikes with...maybe the RG500 and/or my RZ350 included...

If you would reach out I would like to meet up with another RG person in SoCal...

I had my RG put on the dyno it makes 116 horsepower to the rear wheel don't remember the RPM
