I requested an offer at one prototype manufacturer but I was not happy with what I got back from them...
Let`s try it with another supplier where I know that they can do such parts, but I guess the price will be somewhere near the current NOS part price with the difference that they are new and not brittle (and available)...

Sorry, no news.
The manufacturer I asked did not really understand what's needed and the piece price was somewhere in the range of good used parts.
I expected that the other better manufacturer would be even more expensive, so I did not ask.
At the moment we are building a house. No time, no money for such projects.
