thats a good point, being Au. has only 9 digits did they restart the no. system at frame no. 53G-000101 and move on and the RD's and RZ's ea. started with 000101?

Zing our bikes must of been on the production line together
I have 53G-000260 in NZ

for 25 odd years and a motor 53G 000234 and another under 53g <500 frame (aus) all 5/84 L model or Mk 1 all prob from the same production run maybe ?

. runs strong,dont know if you`ve seen my earlier posts about th bike but i will try and put some pics on th site for you.(just need time to figure out how to do it without sending GODZILLA size!)

Hi guys i am still none the wiser. Can you tell me how many 47x and 1ge models were sold in the UK . and witch is the better bike ?

Hi I have a rz500 basket case but the engine number doesn't match the frame , I noticed Ono had engine number 53g-000234 back in 2009 , do you still have it as my frame is the same number , but it's steel not alloy , the engine I have is 53g-004133 , if you still have the engine are you interested in selling it ? Cheers
