Re: THE ONE MOTORCYCLE SHOW - KEN'S JOURNEY
Ken, It was great to finally meet you after all these years of being Internet friends. :smt024 And I had a great time chatting with you about not just bikes, but everything else as well. That is one sweet RZ you have built yourself for all of us to admire. :smt023 And your pictures and stories about...

Re: Upgraded the electrical system on the RZed
Rzed/Charlie, I have a 1985 RZ350N and just bought the same wiring harness from Economy Cycle. By any chance do you have any pictures of the harness after fully connected it up? There are some connections that don't seem to match up with components on the bike and wires are different colors. The or...

Yes, I agree with everything said above. I've bought many parts from Jim in the past including a new stator/Zeel ignition setup, offset sprockets, hi-rise clip-ons, etc. We exchanged a few emails with concerns I had about the stator setup and he quickly responded with the answers I needed. :smt023 G...

Fantastic build!!
If I were to ever own a scooter, it would have to be something just like that.

Made it to the Portland Coffee and Cars in Sherwood today with my buddy Mark on his XSR. Quite a few bikes and not as many cars as usual. (Covid ramping up again around here. :smt011 ) The weather was perfect and the RZ ran great. :smt023 Enjoy the pics..... Charlie https://i.imgur.com/6DPJMqah.jpg ...

Re: VJ22 Banana swingarm
That looks really nice! I hope mine comes out like that. I think I am going to need a little more than 10mm offset to get the 160 tire/5.5 rim combo to work, where can I get a 17mm offset sprocket? I see you used a cbr shock on yours; did you do anything special to fit that? I’ve read about clearan...

Re: VJ22 Banana swingarm
I run a 150 tire on mine with the 4.5" SV wheel and 10mm offset sprocket. I have about 1/16" clearance between the tire and chain.
I would think running a wider rim would require a bigger offset sprocket too. Just my two cents...

Re: SFRC 2 Stroke Street Ride 2020
That was a fun day Charlie! I am so glad we got out while we could. My TDR was running better than ever! I had just installed a Zeel CDI/PV controller and leaned out my jetting a bit. Hopefully I'll be out on my LC next time around. It was Jim!! Looking forward to seeing the LC up close in person. ...
