Ah yes the tail unit already makes a big difference in the look of the project. Nice one.

Agree with Aaron do the 250 just because its different and you have the parts :)
Make up the fun factor with low weight and handling perhaps. Maybe work up a really unique style/design?

Funny they turned out quieter than expected at idle/low revs but they spark up a bit when you give it some :)

Silencer update. Everything tacked in position. I am tempted to make them high mount - any opinions? I notice that most of racing two strokes eg TZs etc have a short distance between the end of the chamber and the silencer. Cheated with that bit - got the perf tube from car exhaust place. 1.25" was the smallest they had.
