All that work and still stock carbs?
Also, your kick-starter angle looks a little high.

Mostly I'm jealous of the late model RZ's which I think look better than ours in the US.

What did you do at the counter-shaft end? How much offset are you running to clear that 160 tire?

I don't know. The only ones I've seen are rusted/broken off. I believe there are wire plugs inside the headlight for when you get tired of prying at it!

Seth, I think the SP front ends came on "SP" model NSR250's (I think) which were special models with USD forks and mag wheels. Easiest way would probably be FZ600 swinger with GS500(??) wheel or probably the Bandit 400 like I have. For the front the FZR600 was a pretty easy swap. To my kno...

Oops, I thought we were talking about this in the "4mm stroker" thread and posted the pic there. I tried the regular, grey 1104 but it seems to soften when it gets hot and it seeped coolant by the exhaust side. I went to the expensive white 3-Bond (1204?) and it works nicely. I found it he...

I cut directly into the cylinder just outside of the liner: http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/7033/milledcylinders9lb.jpg You could do that on a lathe or mill with rotary table. I used 3-Bond for sealant of water passages and it works fine. Ax-racing, very nice looking project you have, excellent w...

Force, How much are you taking off the head. I was going to bitch the head gasket and cut o ring grooves in the head. Right now without the head gasket the squish is .050" meaured with solder and a mic. That's exactly what I did. Except I decked the cylinder tops before cutting the o-ring groo...

I dont know about a minimum temp, but I get worried when I see 190 (which I've seen only twice in 100+ degF traffic at Laguna Seca).
I don't know when the radiator lid will pop.

Keep in mind that the Bansee and RZ heads are different, or so I've been told. I can't verify, but I believe the RZ has larger coolant passages. I don't know if they're interchangeable, it might be just "one-way" interchangeability though...

I think the swingarm will hit the back of the engine if you move it any farther forward.

What bike are those parts from? They look nice.

Ok, dinners done. First a little background: when I fit the TZR swinger, I decided to use the stock shock, linkage, and dogbones. All I had to make were some spacers for the frame-to-linkage pivot, and a top mount to set the ride height. Here's the top mount I made a while ago: http://img160.imagesh...
