Re: 84 RZ350 Front Calipers

I’ve rebuild a lot of these calipers over the last 30 odd years and I’ve never seen these fitted.
Wonder where they all
Went 🤷

Re: Horn

Did you try them hooked direct to a battery. The adjusters are on the back. Loosen the lock nut and turn the screw in and out till you find the sweet spot

Re: 75 RD 350 is hard to start

Have you performed a compression test. Sounds like low compression. I’m rebuilding one of our dirt bikes that had the exact same symptoms.

Re: Zeeltronic install on Gray Ghost RZ350

That’s a shame the cylinder went out. As you said, more than likely a new vent in it.
I picked up a new Zeel from economy 👍

It’s not needed. It’s just a noise damper

Re: Body work

I’ve a few sets on rg500s and rzv500s. Not bad. Takes a bit of work to fit it. Drilling out the holes. Zip tie here and there. Was very happy with it. Used it till I got the oem painted

Re: Missmatched key accessories

Are the keys you have the same key code. If they are, you can strip the locks and re-key them to match.
There is a guy on Facebook that does this. I can’t think of his name, but he’s in the groups. Search for him.

Total shipped to me was $244.
