different operating mechanism, but plates are close enough the same and springs will work in eachother, but part numbers are diff.

Also.. Completely 100% unnecessary Best part of Yama 350s LC OR Rz is their light clutch action.
Adding Stoopid strong springs messes that.. Big Time.. For Zero actual reason .
IF one does a decent job of rebuilding their clutch and fitting Suitable frictions..
It's seriously unlikely one can build an engine able to slip the clutch.
If Not.. be happy while struggling with your clutch lever

I wore out 3 sets of clutch springs until I installed the TZ springs. Once the bike is running, the clutch action is way easier. Pick your poison, I guess.

How do you wear out clutch springs? How do you even know they are worn out?

Plates and frictions I can see, but not the springs themselves.

They have a tolerance on the overall length which decreases with fatigue. :smt023

You'll know when they are done. Your plates look great but you've got high rev slippage. Ask me how I know.

Friction thickness can be surprisingly Slight betwixt Brand new and worn out .
IMO lotsa slipping clutches are worn out frictions based.
Takes a decent micrometer to be sure .
Eyeballs isn't enough Unless they are completely destroyed
There are drop in Oversized (as opposed to Stock) 350 size frictions giving 30% More friction surface,, sourced from a whole slew of Yamas up to XJ 1100s ?

Then there is the slight basket machining possible to shoehorn in 8 frictions for even more stiction.
AS well as bespoke Race frictions ...that Will Not slip if passably assembled.
One can even fit those locker/weight gizmos if Truly worried
TZ springs were for their seriously unreliable Dry clutch setups, which were actually easy to pull , like our wet ones.. despite their heavier springs.
