I didn't really notice until going through my 500 parts. Hadn't thought much about it. Seems silly now that I didn't realize it sooner.
Unfortunately, finding one can be a chore, but still easier than trying to locate a manufactured part in alloy for the 350. Finding a non working 500 servo would be ideal. Cheap and any seller would be happy to flog it.
A little hard to see it this file pic.

Yep agreed, I dont think I can post on the 500 side, but if someone knows of one on there Im interested to give this a go, I like a good lathe/mill project. I should add that if i can find two, I can involve a mate who has better skills than me which would be helpful LOL :)

Well sounds like my $100 offer was way of the mark. I do have a friend with the a lathe and mill.

There was a Youtube video where they mounted dual pulleys L/R on a RZ350 and now I can't find that video anymore. But I like the idea.

Two questions:
How does one ensure the powervalve halves align with one another?
When reassembling PV system, would a touch of red grease be good in the bushings?

The PV halves, as in per PV are aligned with dowel pins when you bolt them together. If you mean align the two individual PVs in the standard setup the coupler takes care of that. In a dual drive setup you adjust them individually to the exhaust port, or I suppose you could put the coupler on and set up one side, then put the cables on the other side to suit it and remove the coupler.
The manual specifies molybdenum based grease for the PV bushes and o-rings.
