What about the Chinee knock-offs?

Like these:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/28mm-30 ... .30.RLSPFI

I'm assuming I'll get the usual answer..... ie: junk is junk.......
But I'll ask anyway, since its mighty tempting..... a working (hopefully) set of carbs for 50 bux shipped...
IF its just a case of cheap labor coupled with crummy finish and no expensive western marketing/packaging, I could live with it... even if to have "immo" stuff on my bike...
(and upgrade later to the real thing, once all the details are worked out and got it running good).

Of course, that assumes that they DO run good.... that its JUST the details that are crap, and they're made decent....
Also that they take real Keihin jets...and that tolerances 'n such are OK, so things like jets work properly...

I have a similar set up as you described and I am real happy with how my bike performs. I am using the Y boot, you will have a hard time getting it to fit the PWKs because the intake side is larger than the stock carbs but you can get it to fit.

FZR1000 (OEM Yamaha plates) are a good upgrade, you have to toss the rubber damper rings that are with each plate in the stock clutch. You can use this with stock springs and it will work fine and feel stock on a tuned engine.

I had some similar carbs like this from the local Kawasaki dealer and mine were for a KX 85 moto crosser
The extra vent pipes are for stopping the engine bogging when the dirt bikes are jumping

You ask a jetting question, but where do you live? What elevation? What's your set-up?
Not enough info above.
