Adjusting the idle RPM on RZ350

Can the idle RPM adjusting screw be accessed without removing the gas tank? What a pisser!

Yes, it can be done. I adjust idle with bike on centerstand using a long flathead screwdriver to move the wheel mechanism. No need to remove fuel tank.

I've got a 12" long Phillips head screw driver that I can stick in with the seat removed and the rear of the tank elevated, but I'm going to come up with a flexible cable attached to the screw(or another screw) like most bikes have. Thanks for the response.

Ditto on the long screwdriver, just make sure the idle screw is well lubed. A couple I have had were so corroded that they wouldn't turn.
