I've got a set of these. Anybody know the low down on them

Well went ahead and looked inside through the silencer thes have the silencer tube attached like the old dencos there was what looked like a stinger tube inside the entire length of the conversion cone it ended at the end of the cone and had a washer welded to the end of it maybe 1.75 od between end of pipe and end of cone it also had direct flow into it blocked by a diverter Then the end can was attached with a tube baffle inside Any thoughts on design? The stinger inside was thin wall approx .030. And 28 mm
