Why is it so hard to accept I am fast? Dream of youth? The way I look at it you're old when you act that way. Ask 350bfine if I ride like an old man.

Phhht. Unless you have raced and got a first place trophy or two then you don't know what "fast" is. Then once you have a few of those first place trophies you have a basic understanding of "fast" and realize you aren't. The only guys who are "fast" are the ones making a living racing on the world circuits. The rest of us are just shades of slow.

Street riders who talk about being fast are totally self deluded.


Kenny Roberts earned the title by doing something nobody ever had before or even thought possible. Then he dominated two more years. Roberts achievements were so special that nobody has done it since Marquez last year. Roberts was special for his time but nobody has put him up for GOAT. Doohan and Rossi are way ahead in that prospect.
