#1 Post by Hooligan » Sat Feb 01, 2014 2:58 pm

Anyone going?

I got my tickets and flight and hotel all arranged. :smt033 We have an in with one of the MotoGP teams so will be getting in to the pits for the first time since I got in with Miguel Duhamel back in his Banco Yamaha France days in the early 90's. I am looking forward to seeing some motogp bikes up close and personal. :smt006 :smt003 :smt026

You should have run up and kicked Pedrosa right in his little nards then told him that is likely how Hayden felt. :smt005

Nice! should be a good day and if Qatar is any indication it should be an awesome race and season. I haven't watched Motogp since 2 strokes went but this Marquez kid is unbelievable, makes everyone raise the bar. The Doctor looked good and Lorenzo is going to be pissed and come back fighting.

Yep, I am officially excited now.

It is AWSOME to see Rossi apparently back on form. I was beginning to think we had seen the best from him. The fight between him and Marquez is what I had anticipated last season. Throw Lorenzo and maybe a few others in there and it should make for some amazing racing.

As Marquez swept America last year I suspect the old boys are gonna be looking to put a damper on that this year.

It's too bad you didn't watch the first few seasons of 4-stroke. They were some of the best IMO. Huge power and little electronic controls meant big power slides and all kinds of sideways backing it in action. It was the 800's and all their associated electronics that really put a damper on the racing action.
