my bike set is :athena kit 68mm wiseco pistons ,ignition timing is at 4mm advanced , use stock ignition tow keihin 39 mm pwk main jet is 185 pilot 65 , wicked motor sports pipes x ross intake manifold vforce 3 4mil crank .( no porting done on cylinders)

its a 421cc , i was expecting 85 hp got 87.81 and 65.47nm of tork for me its a great results ....the ride in the city is very smooth it has alot of tork at low rpm
but when you hit the gas became a insane ride ....

Sounds fantastic, and just about what I hoped when I set out to build my 421 as well, although I am on PJ34s, so sacrifice a little top end compared to you.

nah, I will keep the 34s, they are big enough :)

I believe you can help your low rev performance with a better ignition map, something like a Zeeltronic or ignitech is what you need...

Roberto what head cc you using ?
You just went up in piston size or stroker crank ?
You still using the power valves ?
Try dropping the piolet and 2nd clip on the needle from top to help low down pull
Find an ignition that times the cylinders independanlty

4mm over piston with standard crank i think is 392
4mm over piston with 4mm stroker crank is 421 ?
