#1 Post by KR-RZ350 » Mon Jun 02, 2014 9:39 pm

Finally a great race from start to finish. Hope the rest of the season has the same excitement unlike F1.

It's nice to see a real dogfight, some great racing. That race should put an end to the people who think Marquez can't cut it when pressured. It may still be early but I think we may be watching one of the greatest GP racers ever.

Shit...sorry, my bad. Got a little over excited about Marquez's performance. Seen the word spoiler and nothing else.

No problem. I'm sure most have seen it.
It's amazing how consistent Marc is even though he looks out of control and it's good see Jorge take the fight.

horgay had Marquez on the ropes for the last few laps. Great race.

at this level they would be planning what position (1st or second) they would like to be in on the closing lap.... yamaha was the faster bike

the winner may have used his brain more than the desperation of other rider to get the win...

The Honda has been the faster bike since the beginning of the season though it looked as if the Yamaha has made up lost ground. The Yamaha had the breaking advantage as seen a few times. Lorenzo rode a great race, but the kid is a phenom. When Jorge passed the last time I thought he had it, hope the rest of the season keeps getting better, will be amazing.

I think he was just carrying more speed through the corners due to braking, Marquez ran wide quite a few times trying to brake later. The Yamaha had the new bigger brakes they were allowing. I don't know if it was the track but a lot of the bikes were looking better this race, with the exception of the 2 front runners it was a dogfight through a lot of the field.
