No more MotoGP

#1 Post by dinamos » Tue Sep 16, 2014 1:18 am

I live in the area of Toronto and been watching MotoGP on Speedtv for years on local cable. Early in the season Speedtv got dropped from my local feed, argh.

Anybody know of an on line feed for MotoGP?

Do you get Fox Sports 1? They carry motogp in the US. The next race is Aragon on 9/28.

I subscribe each season. 99 Euro IIRC.
Cheers!

Same here, all practice and qualifying, mix your own picture in picture for the race, Moto 2 & 3 as well as retro races.
I hear F1 will be offered this way next year too. The death of cable in my house.

It was definitely that, a 3 race lead in the championship lets one play some real long shots. If he had made it to the finish I think there would have been a halo under his helmet.

And he still increased his points lead.

Finally, I found a Fox channel buried in the sports package of my cable tv. Watched the Indianapolis race, one of my least favorite tracks, but it was nice to watch. Yeah.

We bought the MotoGP video pass. It is well worth the cost. You get to see everything. We watch qualifying and lots of extended coverage from typical tv coverage. Screw cable!

Yeah I bought just the cheap year pass for 99 Euro I think, less than CDN$10 per race, well worth the price.

I know the focus of content is moving away from cable to the web but I'm an old fart. The Fox cable feed is where I'll be getting my fix for now.

If on line content went beyond qualifying and injury reporting to in depth technological reporting of advances in brakes, engines, suspension or materials I'd be way more interested. In Moto GP all that's proprietary tech and will never be aired.

I'm happy for now with basic cable feed. Looking forward to the next session at Silverstone.
