That's good to see pretty impressive when you see that the lap record for the 250s held by McGuinness almost 17 years ago is ballpark one minute elapsed lower then the superbike 1000s they are running now with more than double the horsepower.

Agree -impressive. Be interesting to see some tech in poured into this event like Honda's new 2015 fuel injected two stroke motor. Now, I realized that Honda's new motor was not purposed for motorcycles - but it would not take much I suspect. Perhaps it would encourage Yamaha to do the same at a GP level. Potential for 2016-2017.
