Thankyou so much for posting these
The Panelview on the triple tree is Allen Bradley 600Plus ---touchscreen
The ECM is infact an Allen Bradley PLC for direct air and fuel injection to run a 3Stroke/3 Stage motor design
Will be on track by this May in Ontario racetrakcs and headed to the Ulstergrand Prix and some other road races in August in Ulster/Northern Ireland

A bigger Moto2 bike is also under build at the moment
Still based on the RZ Frame ---Side shock mount and -Billet 3 piece swingarm
3 Pice billet swing arm and 3stoke/3stage motor under first stage patent USA

Thanks for looking and will up date as it progresses

Started out as WR250X but only the bottom end and Cylinder/cases-------The intake valves are removed and replaced with direct air and fuel --Thus the 3 stage motor---------The Moto1 bike will be a 465 Banshee clone with modified Heads for direct air and fuel ------hope that fill in some of the blanks

IF it all works as a package and proves compeditive I will build a few of them
Win on Sunday sell on Monday I still believe in
If I don't try I will never know how good it is and that's all i can do -its a totally different direction for racing and thinking of how to build and manufacture bikes

Interesting stuff!!

Am I right in thinking your converting a reed fed engine into direct injection? that's the way I read it.

Moto3 Bike
Shingleton Advanced Engineering Patent pending on Sing arm and 3 Stage motor/Stroke
()
Take a Four stroke single cylinder
Remove the head
Change cam gear so Exhaust and crank are one to one
Remove intack cam and repalce with one fuel and one air fed injector
()
3 Stage Cycle -used to be 3 stoke or 2 in 6 power stroke Motor but now revised
()
Stages basic descreption
Power to 45 deg
Exhaust opens
Air injection exchaning air and clearing cylinder for length of exhaust open
245 Deg exhaust closes and Direction occurs under copression
Stages completed
()
()
The Moto1 bike is the easier of the two
Bombardier with Rotax buildt a 600 etec motor for there sleds making 160 to 190 hp in race trim
()
The Etec motor uses a direct injection of air and fuel after the transferrs have close thus no return pulse of exhaust needed
This was developed by Optimun and Evenrude outboard by Queens Uni in Belfast in the early 2000s
()
For theMoto1 bike i am building a 465 Banshee ---get it up and running and then put the Etec heads on
The advantage to this is combustion chamber pressure can be changed by duration of injection --so also giving power on demand
()
Yes i know i am crazy but will give it a good go and that all we can do ----if i dont try i will get know were
Ps-The swing arms sides where made from billet pieces -----28 inch by 8 inch by 2 inch
Dual pressed in Wheel beairngs so no maintenance required
by Expanding the center piece you can change wheels for anysize bike

I don't think your crazy........................well just a little :smt002 .

I work with Evinrude and Mercury motors everyday, they are not really performance engines!!, same goes for sled motor's. I feel your end up "time limited" to make any real power above what the original motor could be tuned to produce.

Hope it all works out for ya

Glyn
