Motorcycle Reports

#1 Post by Off Road » Thu Sep 08, 2011 9:54 pm

Two months ago, I bought a bunch of RZ parts from a guy.
Two weeks ago, he drops by, with some more RZ parts that he found in his garage, and gives them to me.
A swing-arm, some signals, a couple of clutch cables and an envelope with some copies of magazine articles.

Today, I checked the envelope and found this:

It has 15 magazine articles on the RZ350, from Cycle, Cycle Guide, Cycle World, etc.
I read a couple of them today.

Cycle (August 1984) – The RZ Power Papers
Compares the USA oem Exhaust to the Toomey pipes, with dyno results.
Toomey’s Rule!

Cycle World (January 1985) – RZ350 Power Pipes
Compares Toomey pipes, F1 pipes, Stock Canadian pipes and the Stock US pipes, with dyno results.
Toomey’s Rule! Or do they?

To Jon and dplb – No. Let me repeat – No.

First I’d have so do hi-resolution scans for my files.
Then low-res scans for emailing.
Then I have to crop them all, and then export them from Picasa, so that that they follow forum requirements.

Of course all the versions of these pages need file names for the computer, and then I have to create new folders to store them.

Then I need to upload to photobucket, before I can post.

Oh, what the hell.
For guy’s like you, on a day like this, and important information like that, I’ll do it.
