No need wager JW I agree, the Lc will still go ok with the cigars, i will try and squeeze a little extra performance from the RZ which is going on the bench next. It will have the 51L pipes, a bit of a light exhaust port clean up and gasket match, a standard gutted filter, a re machined head and that's about it.
I will be payin attention to suspension, tyres and tightening up the shift shaft, rear brake and handle bar levers with bearings.
I may even do an r1 brake conversion pending on funds.

This may sound silly but are the float bowls on the correct carbs? The left side bowl is different because of the choke.

Have you checked the balance pipe between the carbs as well as the one between the reed cages? Both those are critical.

Just a little update. I bought a yamaha head gasket and took the center out of it, got my squish to about 1.25mm. I put in new needle jets. Test rode and it was better but still way too rich! So I dropped the needles and threw in 185 mains, set the float level to the lean side of the spec. Test rode it and it finally pulled good but felt lean. I put the needles in the middle position and put in 195 mains. Runs absolutely perfect in bottom and mid and runs strong right to redline! I am going to try 200 mains and see what it does as they wouldn't work before. I've put over 200km on it the last few days and it's running awesome! Has such a nice hit at 6000 rpm. Very fun bike to ride! It almost seems like the rings had to seat in or something because it wouldn't run with the clips in the middle position at all before. I'm still not sure what was causing my issues but I've got it pretty much dialed in now. I'd like to richer the main and read the wash or put my egt gauge on to see where I'm running before I hold it open for too long!
