I've read of ppl cutting with a dremel & file finish but to me that seems very dodgy brothers.....
Personally id take to machine shop to get done. Maybe get them done same time as getting bores done? If decent workshop they should be able to handle it.
All you need is a dremel, Cut the tab/tang off the bottom of the back of the piston, Clean it up with a file and put a small chamfer on it with a file do it doesn't catch the port, One of the easiest piston mods you will ever do.. Takes 5 minutes per piston.....
