Looks like 250 mains and the needles are marked 1514 if that makes any sense. No pilots at all so any guidance where to start there would be great.
As to which carbs...any way to tell? The floats are separate and plastic and held on 'sticks' to the base of the float bowl versus a one piece plastic folat I am used to seeing.

my LC 350 has 22.5 pilots but i would start with #25s

Thanks for the info on the pilots. I happened upon some 25's and 22.5's in a pile of parts I had. Will see if they fit since guessing for some other RZ carbs.
