athena to spec11 adapters

I offered up the spec 11 pipes to the Athena barrels in my LC350 hybrid and are so close i decided to try and make some adapters to mate the two.
(viton o-rings allegedly will stand up to 400 degrees)
i would like some made to suit Athena 392 pipes (TDR Pipes look good)but these should work temporary.

will update when i get my pipes back as some repair's were needed.

hi gamma , i will post up pics of one fitted ,
but waiting on the other one to be repaired, so only one side so far.
and yes held on with long springs,

yes it is. Gary is the man as they say.
i am all for trying to make old stuff work if its not too much trouble.
but this is a stop gap idea until i can get bespoke 400 pipes .
it will be interesting to see how the o-rings hold up in the spooge retaining department.
