While looking for some parts a local shop that deals with used parts I was informed of a new service by the gent that was helping me (Paul @ T.O. Cycle) that they had started a parts network. He said that they have not promotted it as it is still in it's test stage but there is approx. 30 dealers and salvage yards for bike parts already online but they hope to expand that further before the January launch. It is available for use now at partshotline.ca although not all supliers are monitoring it at this time. It is primarily ment for matching part with customer for the dealers but public use is permitted. You need to supply contact info for them to reply and locate closest supplier but that is all that is required. For those outside Canada a valid postal code I believe is required but try H0H 0H0 this is a valid postal code for childerens letters for Santa but put in your parts request that you are outside Canada and see if they will ship internationally.
Cheers
