Boysen reeds - blah.
Boysen reeds - blah.
Bought a set b4 becoming a form member under the recommendation of a local banshee gent. Someone on our form stated they were substandard performers - think it was Bare if I recollect. He is correct. replaced the reeds with stock steel one's (ya, ya, get carbon fiber ones) just to see if there was a difference - yep, the response was crisper. Looking fwd to purchasing TDR ones. Which are the better: split or singles?

Yes, I've heard many a satisfied TDR customers hence the interest. Well Mark hopefully your bike(s) are out of flood range and don't morph into seadoos due to hurricane season. Sorry to hear your city is facing a deluge - definitely not riding weather to say the least. Note: read another thread and learnt it was close but your ok Mark. Anyone else with an opinion.

Re: Boysen reeds - blah.
I used the one piece, opened up the reed block to suit and ran them for years, they still looked like new when I took them out to replace with some VF3's.
