Wonderful November riding!

What a fall we've had here on the East coast of Canada this year! Into mid-Nov and still riding! That's just about unheard of!!

Got out for a great ride weekend before last with Redline Junkie! The first time Rob and I have managed to get out together. Even switched bikes for a bit. The RZ doesn't punch you with the powerband the way the LC does, but it stops SOOOO much better! I think we were both surprised with how different the two bikes are. And now it looks like some front end upgrades are in order for the LC!

And then I got my Daughter out on the bike the same afternoon. What was supposed to just be an around the block ride turned into an hour and 75km loop! She kept saying 'Keep going! Keep going!". Looks like I'll be on the hunt for some proper riding gear in the spring for my riding partner!

Got out again last Sunday. It was a nice crisp day, and it made me think I've finally got her broken in. I was the first day that she wanted to lift the front wheel on me. Once in first gear merging onto a road and again later as I took a corner with a little enthuiasm! I loved it!!

We've got 14deg forecast today and down to 4 this evening. It's been an unbelievably warm Fall!

That is unbeliveably warm for that time of year - up side no clouds of mosquitoes to scrub off the helmet visor or head light.

It sure was a nice ride Angus, I'm still hoping to get out a few more times. I know that I was surprised at the power band on the LC when compared to the RZ's steady pull. I got to admit the brakes and suspension on the LC are not as comforting as the RZ with triumph 955 brakes, fork brake and R6 shock. I know I have a set of 83mm forks in the parts cave that we need to install in the LC this winter.

Let's keep an eye open for a mild day, if there is any left?
