Fork Seals 1981 rd350lc

Looking to replace my fork seals. called my local Yamaha dealer and they only offer a seal kit....seal and dust boot for $40 ea. Does anyone have a part # for the seal only.

That part# is superseded by a new # which they call a fork seal kit ...... $33 per/kit

Ahh ok, I found the older ones I guess, they are still out there...

Whats the part for the new 'kit'?
I have a friend who needs the boots if you only need seals maybe we can sort something out?

All you get is one seal and one washer

Ahh those are the washers that stop the bush from moving, and never need to be replaced :/

My local parts guy found some seals around $10 ea. size 32x43x12.5 Does anyone know if the spacer is installed with lip facing up or down ?

Ive seen them fitted both ways, but usually up as its easier to lever them out later.
